Throne of Glass Ambassador Post: Story Generator!

I admit, this isn't something I normally do. I am usually not one of those people that take quizzes in magazines or role play (even if I am a fan girl of certain things) but this just looked like so much fun that I just had to try it.

For those of you that don't know, I am participating in the month long tour of Sarah J. Maas' newest release in her Throne of Glass Series, Crown of Midnight and for this weeks stop we are sharing a story generator.

What is a story generator you ask? Well, good question!

A story generator is a fun little activity you can do  with a scene from Throne of Glass. You enter in random words and the generator puts it into a scene from the novel and viola! You have an old scene with a fun new (sometimes slightly silly)  twist that is all yours.

It was actually rather fun and so, I am going to share my fun scene here with you and of course, going to encourage you to give it a try as well.

You can find the link below to try it out for yourself.

I have to say, this really is an outstanding series and if you haven't tried it yet please do, it is worth it. It is one of the best, well written books I have read and especially in the YA Fantasy genre. I am not a huge fan of this genre on principle because I am so picky about what I like in a book but this series has blown me away. I love everything about it and am always left wanting more whenever I finish a book or novella. Ms. Maas knows how to write and she knows how to write one kick butt female assassin!

So without further ado, I give you my "special" scene:

Here is an updated tour list for Sarah for those of you that might be in her area.  I wish I could go and meet her. I know it would be a blast!

  6. "He gripped her eyes as he led her through the shining building..."

*snort* I love how the eye-holding thing continued throughout. Someone always was grasping or holding or gripping her eyes, it just made me laugh. What an amazingly cool thing, I can't wait to go plug in my own random words and read what comes out of it!
