Book Description:
With his tight leather pants and a sharp edge that makes him dangerous, Jet Keller is every girl’s rock and roll fantasy. But Ayden Cross is done walking on the wild side with bad boys. She doesn’t want to give in to the heat she sees in Jet’s dark, haunted eyes. She’s afraid of getting burned from the sparks of their spontaneous combustion, even as his touch sets her on fire.

Jet can’t resist the Southern Belle with mile-long legs in cowboy boots who defies his every expectation. Yet the closer he feels to Ayden, the less he seems to know her. While he’s tempted to get under her skin and undo her in every way, he knows firsthand what happens to two people with very different ideas about relationships.

Will the blaze burn into an enduring love. . . or will it consume their dreams and turn them to ashes?

My Thoughts and Review:
The truly great thing about this series is that it isn't just about two people finding each other and becoming something more. It is about a whole group of people that are more than friends, they are family and they have each others back's. This is more than a love story. This is more than about finding oneself and changing for the better. It is about the type of friendship and love that lasts a lifetime.
Jet, Rule, Shaw, Cora, Ayden, Rowdy, Nash, they are all pretty terrific and they all have a role in this series, regardless of who's story is being told this time. They are in this together for the good and the bad and I absolutely love that about this series. I love that bond that they have all created, shared, nurtured and grown. It is pretty amazing and something all of us should have whether that be through blood or the type of family we create and find ourselves.

I absolutely loved the dynamic between Jet and Ayden. They were passionate and explosive and hot enough to set the pages on fire. I have to say, I am not really into piercings and tats but Jet had me rethinking that whole line of thought with the wicked things he could do to Ayden and that sweet pure heart of gold that every real, true bad boy should have.

Their story was one filled with sexual tension galore and the kind of passion most people just dream about. I couldn't help but melt at their softer moments and want to make sure that both of them knew how right they really were for one another. I wanted them to end up together and I was rooting for them the whole read through.

I love the glimpses of Shaw and Rule and I can't help but want more of all the groups stories. I really hope that Ms. Crownover continues this series until Cora, Rowdy, Nash and the whole lot have their happily ever after because I know I will be right there ready to read about them.
