Book Description:
I’m Logan Quinn, the deadliest Spartan warrior at Mythos Academy. At least I was — until the day I almost killed Gwen Frost.

Professor Metis and Nickamedes say that I’m fine, that Loki and the Reapers don’t have a hold on me anymore, but I can’t risk it. I can’t risk hurting Gwen again. So I’m leaving Mythos and going somewhere far, far away.

I know Gwen wonders what’s happening to me, whether I’m safe. I can’t tell her, but this is my story …

My Thoughts and Review:
This series is one of my very favorites and I am always so excited and anxious for a new book to come out. The very fact that this time, we get a novella all about my favorite Spartan makes it ten times better. I adore Logan and after the ending of the last book, I am equally anxious as well as excited to dive right in and finally get something all about the Logan.

I can not get enough of the series and I will be so sad to see it end. It will be one that will be hard to say goodbye too. Over time I have come to love Gwen and Logan (and gang!) and really care about them. The very fact that Estep is giving her readers this little piece into Logan's thoughts and life, truly says how much she values her readers and listens to them, not to mention testifies to how well of a writer and story teller she truly is.

And once again, for the record, I love Logan. I really, truly, do and my heart went out to him. It was so obvious from the way the last book ended that he was hurting, that he was angry, lost and confused and didn't know what to do and this glimpse into that time, into his thoughts, just made me love him all the more. Made me want to reach through those pages and squeeze him tight and then smack him upside the head and push him back towards Gwen where he belonged.

I am so very excited for the next book and am on the edge of my seat already just waiting for it to be released. It is going to be another great one.

I keep seeing glowing reviews for the books and novellas, and it makes me want to shove my TBR pile aside and catch up. :-) Glad you're loving the series so much, and that you had a good time with Logan's story. 7. I am reviewing this next week and I am looking forward to getting inside Logan's head. The romance in this series is driving me crazy. I am still caught up on this series, and it is seldom that I remain current on a series, so that says a lot for this series. I just got my ARC of Midnight Frost yesterday! Super excited!

  8. This really doesn't have much to do with the romance but it is a nice look into Logan. I am super excited to start Midnight Frost as well Heidi!

  11. I had the first book on my TBR since it first came out, but after awhile I figured I probably wasn't going to get around to it as the series kept going. But is the series ending soon? Maybe I'll give it a shot if it is.

  12. I actually looked it up Christy because I thought the 5th book was the end but I see that there is at least a 6th planned as well. On her site it says she has a contract for sixth but she could write more.

  13. I never made it very far in this series, but then again, I never really tried that hard. I feel I should give it another chance as soon as I find the time since most my friends seem to really love it.
I love getting SS from a different POV. :)
