Book Description:
Ella was a woman Axel wouldn’t mind shadowing day and night—especially night.

Ella Brooks is strong-willed, independent, and stubborn, and when she hears something she’s not supposed to about her shady boyfriend, her safety is at risk. Much to her dismay, her cousin sends FBI Agent Axel Carlson to keep an eye on her. Ella’s determined to resist the infuriatingly sexy bodyguard—she can take care of herself!—but she soon discovers that beneath the six-pack abs and amazing biceps lies an equally amazing heart. But will a mysterious threat keep them from finding their happily ever after?

Who doesn't love a quick, sweet romantic read that leaves a smile on your face and a warm feeling in your soul? A read that while short, was still packed full of so much goodness that it flt like a full length novel.

Melody Anne has a talent of putting just the right sweet romance, humor and sexual tension together to create a truly fun read that is perfect for a weekend get-a-way.

Packed full of everything we romance readers love, this truly was a delight to read, savor, and enjoy.

  1. I've been reading short and sweet romances the whole summer and I still find comfort in them when I'm too tired for anything else. I'll add this series to my list.

  6. This sounds like the perfect fit for a heavy on romance, light on plot read. I'm adding it to the TBR!

  7. This sounds like an interesting read! Not a total fan of the cover, though O.O The premise sounds like something that would be fun to consume on a lazy, rainy day (which has been happening more frequently than I thought here in the Philippines!)

  13. I always love how REAL your reviews are and love it when you fall in love with a book. It seems like we have the same taste in books so if you liked it I'm sure I would LOVE it. :) My only thing is I wish it could have been a little bit longer. Was it like a novella?

  14. I don't read many purely romance reviews... but I like the sound of this. Maybe this is a series I should consider reading.
