WoW Pick of the Week

WoW is hosted by Jill at Breaking the Spine and is a weekly meme that is all about the new releases.

This week's pick has to go to Stephanie Perkins new book. I don't even know if this is the proper cover for it but that is okay because her work doesn't need a pretty cover to draw you in, you simply get caught up in the writing and the characters.

And come on now, anyone that has read Anna or Lola's story knows this is a must read.

Book Description:
From the glittering streets of Manhattan to the moonlit rooftops of Paris, falling in love is easy for hopeless dreamer Isla and introspective artist Josh. But as they begin their senior year in France, Isla and Josh are quickly forced to confront the heartbreaking reality that happily-ever-afters aren’t always forever.

Their romantic journey is skillfully intertwined with those of beloved couples Anna and Étienne and Lola and Cricket, whose paths are destined to collide in a sweeping finale certain to please fans old and new.

So what are you most looking forward to this week?

  2. How long have we all been waiting for this book Ali? 2 years? 3? I can't even remember but it's been a LONG time coming and I couldn't be more excited. I've gone too long without a Stephanie Perkins fix!

    1. At least 2 years Jenny! I know what you mean, the long wait is what has kept me from picking up book two but I still have fond memories of Anna so that must say something about her writing right? especially that even though it was a long wait, we are all still dying to get our hands on this one.

  3. The wait has been killing me! I know that I added this to my Goodreads tbr on Feb. 18, 2011. That's a long time, and we still have to wait until August! This book better be freaking AMAZING!
